If only we could feel differently, in the moment. Change how we feel to something different that is more appropriate.
This was inspired by being in the gym and hearing something that just resonated and also seemed to endorse what we do and how we think here in the Unplugged world.
And from what I heard got me thinking of how we could make it more powerful and then some.
It takes stopping and pausing and experiencing the world like Da Vinci (something we did way back in FMQ 38) and incorporating a 'no mind' state and those perfect footprints in the sand as you center and settle. "Whoa! Cloughie" I hear you think "all that in just 20 minutes?"
Come with me and spend some time, if it actually exists, to become in the center of time and experience a merging of states what really bring you in the NOW right now or whenever you want to return to the now. And.... It feels good too!
Trust me, with your mind, and learn this awesome pattern interruption to feeling Anxiety, Fear, FOMO, Imposter syndrome, and a whole lot more.
