Driving or a passenger?

leading or lead?

Do you feel or better still know that you're in charge of where you are going? Do you feel you are your driver with a road map and directions?

OR

Do you feel like a passenger being taken on a journey to who (Not You) knows where without a destination and I guess feeling a little lost?

We'd all like to feel the first yet I think we more often feel the second - or is that just me?

Let's muse this together over the next 5 minutes or so as just understanding this can make the first more obtainable.

This will probably lead to a longer podcast episode -what do you think?
